Welcome to the FIXX guesthouse

Please read this disclaimer carefully before participating in any activities or staying on our premises. By accessing our facilities or engaging in any activities, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: Surfing and other activities provided by FIXXTRAVEL            inherently involve risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, accident, or loss. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
2. Not Responsible for Accidents:  FIXXTRAVEL and its staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during activities or while on the premises. Participants and guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
3. House Rules and Conditions: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules and conditions outlined by FIXXTRAVEL. These rules include but are not limited to:
   • No running around the pool.
   • Please remove your shoes at the door.
   • Do not feed our dog Ubi anything due to allergies.
   • Quiet time is observed from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
   • No food or drinks allowed in dorms or private rooms.
   • Tag your food in the fridge; otherwise, it’s for everyone to use.
   • Personal hygiene items should not be left in the bathroom; store them in your suitcase.
   • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper due to sewer limitations.
   • Personal drinks are not allowed in the extra fridge; use the space provided in the mutual fridge.
   • Recycle your garbage; we have bins for cardboard, plastic, glass, and other waste.
   • Keep the kitchen clean; wash dishes after use and let them dry in the rack provided.
   • Close the gate after 22:00 PM.
   • A deposit of 20€ will be charged in case of key loss.
   • Please sleep in the bed you have reserved.
   • The basement and upper level are accessible only to staff.
4. Services Offered: FIXXTRAVEL offers a range of services in partnership with local providers, including:
   • Retreats
   • Yoga sessions
   • Kite surfing
   • Surfing lessons
   • Sailing excursions
   • Family holidays

By participating in activities or staying at our guesthouse, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FIXXTRAVEL, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation or stay.

If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please refrain from participating in activities or staying at our guesthouses.
